I'm too lazy to get videos, go google them yourself. Note that this is only a selection, most of it I have either played or it is connected to music I have played.
Holst:
The Planets (especially Mars, Jupiter, and Uranus) First Suite in Eb
Camille Saint-Saƫns:
Carnival of the Animals Bacchanale
Modest Mussorgsky:
Pictures at an Exhibition
Anyone else like some classical now and then?

Yes, but it is hard to find new classical sometimes.

Not necessarily. You can just work off of composers you already know, look at their work, maybe Google for similar stuff.
Also, I forgot one on the list. Night on Bald Mountain, by some Russian guy whose name I forget.

When my grandfather was working on the Apollo/Soyuz docking project, the Russian engineers gave him some gifts, including a record of Russian ballet music. I don't know if he ever listened to it. He liked big band, not ballet.
